At South Eastern Active Health we have a strong focus on clinical exercise to help restore or achieve your optimal physical function and get you doing the activities you want to do.  Our Osteopath and Chiropractors can prescribe an exercise program tailored to your goals and provide a home exercise program to supplement your sessions in our on-site gym.  As degree-qualified health professionals, our Practitioners can help with a wide range of injuries and conditions including back, shoulder, hip, knee, hand and feet issues.

Our Practitioners enjoy a range of sports themselves including running, cycling, soccer, hockey and going to the gym.

A consultation is required before commencing a clinical exercise program so that the Practitioner can assess the issue and provide a safe and effective program for you.
