Dr Daniel Grynberg is the principal Chiropractor and founder of South Eastern Active Health. Daniel graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) with the prestigious 5 year Chiropractic double-degree in 2004. His Chiropractic qualifications are a Bachelor of Applied Science (Clinical Science) and a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science. Daniel is qualified in Trigger Point Dry Needle Therapy, RockTape (Kinesiology tape) and SFMA level 1.
Dr Daniel began his career as a Chiropractor in 2005. He has many years experience working in private practice helping a wide range of people move better and feel better. He also runs Active Health Partners, a corporate injury prevention, health, safety and wellbeing business.
He has worked as the senior Chiropractor and Sports Trainer at a state level soccer club (Boroondara Eagles Soccer Club) and currently works with Australian Olympic wrestlers, international level CrossFit athletes, Commonwealth Games olympic weightlifters and national level gymnasts. Daniel is a fully registered Chiropractor and is a workplace wellbeing consultant. Daniel breaks the stereotypical Chiropractic mould and brings a unique approach to personal healthcare. His vast experience working closely with a wide range of manual therapists including; Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, Myotherapists, and Podiatrists means he’s management approach is well rounded. By working with other therapist and constantly updating his skills and knowledge by regularly attending seminars and conferences, Dr Daniel uses a wide variety of techniques (not just “cracking”) ensuring you get a specialised and individual treatment plan to get you better faster and achieving your goals no matter how big or small.
Daniel applies a very hands-on approach in caring for his patients, which encompass the following techniques:
- Soft tissue massage therapy
- Deep tissue therapy
- Trigger point therapy
- Joint mobilisation
- Gentle joint manipulation (only if clinically indicated and with consent of the patient)
- Exercise and rehabilitation programs
- Trigger point dry needle therapy.
- Kinesiotaping
- Breath Training

Daniel is a highly motivated practitioner with a holistic and professional approach. In his time away from work Daniel enjoys being active and spending time with his family and friends. He is a keen sportsmen and likes to stay fit participating in CrossFit, playing soccer and cycling.
