Our Dietitian, Maddie, is particularly passionate and had extra training in all things gut health. Maddie uses a holistic approach to supporting people experiencing uncomfortable and debilitating gut symptoms to feel better and enjoy life again. Maddie has the expertise to identify potential food triggers contributing to digestive discomfort such as bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhoea and constipation. She works with clients to create an individualised plan to manage your gut symptoms, while optimising variety in your diet to support gut microbiome health.
Maddie recognises that food plays a pivotal role in maintaining digestive and bowel health, and certain foods or compounds in food can either alleviate or exacerbate gut symptoms. Her tailored advice focuses on identifying and addressing food intolerances and other underlying conditions for optimal symptom relief. Beyond digestion, improving gut health is crucial for overall wellness, including mental health, immune function, and metabolic conditions.
