“One of the biggest things that I love to do is helping people move better, feel better, and really getting them to get back to the goals that they want to do. Whether that be playing with their kids, their grandchildren, or even playing their sport again. I’d say like as a practitioner, that’s one of the most humble things that I can do.” – Ray Lau

After completing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo in Canada, Ray furthered his education with a Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University in Sydney.  While attending the University of Waterloo, Raymond gained experience as an athletic therapist for the University badminton and basketball team. During his summers he spent his time developing his skills as a strength and conditioning coach, working with a variety of athletes ranging from youth athletes to professional level athletes.
