The skills of our Osteopath – Dr David, extend to the prescription of an exercise program or ergonomic and postural advice as a means of enhancing recovery and preventing re-injury.

David uses evidence based techniques that may be applied to spinal conditions such as neck pain, headaches, back pain and sciatica.  David is also trained and experienced in treating injuries involving the extremities such as sporting injuries (e.g. sprains and strains) and other joint problems (e.g. arthritis).
