We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive manual therapist to join our dynamic team for the long term.  The successful applicant will actively grow their client base by engaging the local community, sports clubs and other healthcare professionals, as well as through cross-referrals from other Practitioners and existing patients. Any special interest areas and extra qualifications would be an advantage.

Our integrative team includes Chiropractic, Osteopathy and Dietetics, with Practitioners working together to help our patients get better faster. Our patients range from acute to chronic care and we have a strong focus on soft tissue therapy and functional rehabilitation.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

  • Provide outstanding patient care through thorough assessments, appropriate recommendations, patient education and follow ups
  • Collaborating with colleagues to maintain and improve our high-quality patient experience, for both new and existing patients
  • Keeping up with the latest research and integrating findings to improve patient outcomes; sharing knowledge with colleagues
  • Communicating with referrers
  • Helping grow patient numbers by establishing and building relationships with other health professionals and the local community, with full support from the clinic
  • Develop and create social media content (blog posts, videos)

If you’re the Practitioner we are looking for, you will be:

  • Passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of patients
  • Able to build rapport quickly; enthusiastic, friendly, engaging and personable
  • An excellent listener and communicator (verbal and written) with great attention to detail
  • Keen to be part of our friendly, professional, supportive team
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Comfortable growing a client base
  • Confident working autonomously within a team environment
  • Experience with Cliniko preferred but not essential

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Current registration
  • At least one year’s experience in private practice
  • An interest in rehabilitation and exercise prescription (Chiro/Osteo/Physio)
  • Current PI insurance
  • First aid and CPR certificate
  • Working with Children check
