Our Nutritionist & Functional Medicine coach Melissa is providing a supplement audit appointment to assist you with understanding supplements that are ineffective, unnecessary, poor quality as well as timing and dosing.
This 30 minute consultation will include:
- A review of all your current supplements
- Identify unnecessary or ineffective supplements
- Personalised supplement recommendations based on your goals / current health condition/ deficiencies.
