As a Dietitian, Jarrod is passionate about developing healthy eating habits and cooking skills that are really tailored to each of his clients. He takes into account all aspects of their lifestyle, including past experience with food, underlying health conditions or intolerance, what their goals are and what motivates them. Through this approach Jarrod provides advice that can be incorporated seamlessly into everyday life to help his clients reach their health and wellbeing goals.
Jarrod is a firm believer in the ‘Healthy At Every Size’ approach to weight management, and works with clients positively to make health gain the priority rather than making weight loss the only indicator of progress.
