Maddie’s passion for nutrition began in her late teens where she began competing as a long-distance and track runner for Deakin University and Richmond Harriers. During this time, she experienced the all-too-common trap of over-exercising and under-fuelling. After receiving support and advice from a Sports Dietitian, she experienced first-hand the impact of improving your relationship with food and adequate fuelling to not only improve performance but overall quality of life. This is where Maddie’s passion grew for helping others to also improve their relationship with food, empowering them to make choices that support all areas of health and wellbeing in their lives also.
